The Foundation

Program Overview:
 

12 weeks of 1:1 coaching to build the habits that actually hold during perimenopause and menopause: nutrition, sleep, movement, stress, and the rest of it. Personalized to your life, with support and accountability built in.

This program works whether or not you're on HRT. If you're on a GLP-1 medication (semaglutide, tirzepatide, retatrutide, or similar), we'll also focus on the nutrition, muscle preservation, and habit changes that help manage side effects and support you while you're on it.

Program Structure:
 

  • Duration: 12 weeks, private Zoom sessions  

  • Initial Consultation: 90-minute session to map out your goals, health history, and a clear plan forward

  • Weekly Check-ins: 60-minute sessions, 4 per month, to track progress and adjust as needed

  • Ongoing Support: Unlimited WhatsApp messaging between sessions for anything that comes up

  • Final Assessment: 30-minute session to review progress and set you up for what's next

  • Total: 14 sessions over 12 weeks

Beyond The Quick Fix

Program Overview:
 

6 months of 1:1 coaching for women who want more time to work through perimenopause and menopause changes in depth, not just get a plan and go.

This works whether or not you're on HRT or a GLP-1 medication (semaglutide, tirzepatide, retatrutide, or similar). The extra time means we can adjust as your needs change, including if your medication or dose changes along the way.

  • Duration: 6 months, private Zoom sessions 

  • Initial Consultation: 90-minute session to map out your goals, health history, and a clear plan forward

  • Weekly Check-ins: 60-minute sessions, 4 per month, to track progress and adjust as needed

  • Midpoint and Final Assessments: 30-minute sessions at 3 and 6 months to review progress and reset priorities

  • Ongoing Support: Unlimited WhatsApp messaging between sessions for anything that comes up

  • Total: 27 sessions over 6 months

Express Health Guide

Overview:
This 90-minute consultation is a good fit if you're not ready to commit to coaching but want guidance on your symptoms, have questions about HRT, or need help reviewing bloodwork or deciding what tests to ask for. We'll talk through your current symptoms, concerns, and goals, and figure out what's actually worth doing next.

Structure:

  • Duration: 90 min


We'll start with a quick rundown of your health history, lifestyle, and goals. From there, we'll work through whatever matters most to you, whether that's symptoms, bloodwork, supplements, HRT options, or your nutrition and training. By the end of the call, you'll have a clear plan of action..

Outcomes:

You'll leave with clarity on your health objectives, a better understanding of what's behind your symptoms, and practical next steps you can act on right away.
